Take an investment lesson from China. They are selling US bonds and buying gold. (And more importantly, they are trying to do business with the rest of the world in non-dollars.) They are very aware of their vulnerabilities and are doing something about it. Are you aware of yours?

  1. Macro Analytics has posted a great interview with John Rubino. Items discussed:
    • Failing Petrodollar and Implications for US citizens – higher inflation, higher interest rates, a potential for hyperinflation if there is a complete loss of confidence in US$.
    • False Flag Operations – likely to continue as US leaders try and protect the petrodollar and distract the ignorant public. Perhaps a cyber attack on the big banks and the financial system that will be blamed on Iran??
    • Dangerous Investment Environment – The financial markets are no longer a place for investors they are a place for gamblers.
    • Pension Plans are at Risk – The public is at great risk because their pension plans are tied up in the markets. When the next crash occurs, we are likely to witness the greatest transfer of wealth from pension accounts to private hands. The pension you were counting on for retirement may not be there.
