German Gold

Filed under: Gold and Silver Investing, Precious metals — totallygroovygirlfriday @ 10:00 am

Jesse from Cafe Americain has an excellent post on the recent request for Germany’s gold and the recent gold market antics. And more importantly, that no one is mentioning that Germany doesn’t get their gold back for 7 years. As, Jesse says: the dog that didn’t bark.

And here.

Very important lesson from Sherlock Holmes, always look for what should have happened under normal circumstances, but didn’t:

Inspector Gregory: “Is there any other point to which you would wish to draw my attention?”
Sherlock Holmes: “To the curious incident of the dog in the night-time.”
Inspector Gregory: “The dog did nothing in the night-time.”
Sherlock Holmes: “That was the curious incident.”

Arthur Conan Doyle, Silver Blaze

If it is going to take Germany 7 years to get their gold from NY Vaults, do you really think you will get your “allocated” gold delivered? Make sure you have it now.

  1. Why didn’t the dog bark? Because the Fed and the German central bank are both in on the scam. They own the politicians and they control the press.

Gangsters have become politicians and bankers –

“…the mafia chieftains have put down their guns and put on pinstripes.”

“…in Ukraine, everyone knows that their politicians and bankers are criminals. In the West, we still like to pretend that this is not the case despite the obvious evidence of serially destructive, sometimes genocidal misconduct.”

“…in Ukraine, the criminals are primarily interested in money. And sure, in the West, they rake in a few million dollars here and there. But this truly pales in comparison to the tens of millions that are being stolen in Ukraine. But Western politicians aren’t as motivated by money. They’re far more motivated by a desire to control others. And this is something that is far more sinister.”
