A closing for today below $1780 is short-term bearish. Support at $1671 and $1583. We are still in the normal trading range with resistance at 1910-1960. Anything above that signals a phase transition to $2500 (where did we just hear $2500, Uncle Harry, last post). That move would signal extreme trouble between now and 2015 with the ECM turn.

Martin talks about the history of East Coast quakes and the New Madrid fault line coming up on a Pi cycle  point in 2035. (gg: This would have a major impact on distribution, exploring and importing in the US, and the government has at least short-term emergency plans in place for this event.) He doesn’t mention much about California, but he says that his earthquake model is not up and running yet.
